If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction.

Customer Responsibility for Equipment

The customer is fully responsible for any damage to or loss of fishing equipment or gear during the charter, regardless of whether it is accidental or deliberate.

This policy covers all fishing equipment including:

  • Fishing rods and reels
  • Tackle boxes and fishing tackle
  • Nets and gaffs
  • Safety equipment
  • Electronic equipment (fish finders, GPS, etc.)
  • Any other gear provided by EC Fishing Charters Limited

Damage Assessment & Payment Terms

Cost Determination

Costs for repair or replacement will be determined by EC Fishing Charters Limited and charged accordingly.

Payment Timeline

You may be required to pay damage costs at the time of the incident, or within 12 days after the trip via invoice.

  • Follow crew instructions for proper use
  • Report any issues immediately
